Tiger Trust believes in the theory of ‘Catch Them Young!’ This Campaign envisions to increase wildlife protection awareness and participation by the youth. It also inspires to get these children to seal a life-long commitment toward protecting the wildlife.A proposal for collaboration with the Trust was forwarded via an email, and the School Coordinator of the Middle Wing, Ms. Sushma Kalia responded positively. The discussions on the modalities of the Campaign were finalized and nothing could have been better than doing it in 29th July 2016 being the Global Tiger’s Day. Preparations were made for organizing an introductory session in the School.

Ms Anjana Gosain, an eminent environmentalist and Senior Attorney at theHon’ble Supreme Court of India, is the Chief Functionary Officer, resourceperson and faculty at the Tiger Trust. She has been associated with the Trust forthe past 25 years. She is the mind behind training programs organized by theTrust and has an extensive experience in organizing such programs. Ms Anjanaleads, guides, coordinates, and develops works of various types like training andmodule planning, motivating the trainees, organizing faculties for the training,etc. She has also authored Compilation of Cases under the Wildlife ProtectionAct (1972) and Ready Reckoner for Successful Prosecution of WildlifeCriminals.

Tiger Trust is in its 27th year of “Caring for theWild” with the single focused aim to stand forthe Conservation of Wildlife and Natural Resources.With all the different activities and trainings, TigerTrust also conducted various awareness programsthroughout Rajasthan and Delhi to spread awarenessamongst students–the future decision makersfor conserving the wild. Tiger Trust has, in the past,organized several campaigns to invite attention ofdignitaries and higher officials addressing variousissues threatening wildlife and natural resources.
